The 1/2 Marathon Training Plan is here to help you to your first or next half marathon. The half marathon is a great distance for us runners to aspire to, train for and achieve.
If you are planning to do your first half marathon or improve on your previous best, then our Half Marathon Training Plan will help you smash your goal! The coaches at GoRun have taken the guess work out of your training and will gradually build up your distances, intensity and fitness to tackle the 21.1km in 12 weeks. Our priority is on training consistently, keeping you injury free and enjoying the process.
We’ve stripped out all the extras and focused on what is most important: A quality, achievable training plan that will guide you and keep you accountable.
The training plan is written by our Head Coach Chris White and hosted online through the Final Surge App, enabling you to add notes, see your sessions and monitor your progress as you improve over the 12 weeks.
