If you have always wanted to be able to run 5km, do parkrun or are looking to work your way back up to 5km distance safely after a break, then this is the simple training plan for you. The GoRun coaches want to help you take the guess work out of your running and gradually build you up to 5km over 5 weeks. Our priority is on consistency and keeping you injury free so that you can get run fit.
This training plan is hosted online and can be your perfect companion to get you up to 5km safely. You can add your own notes and comments to your plan as you go, giving you that extra accountability.
