We are really excited to announce that at the end of March 2019, we will be launching a brand new online coaching resource to help you get ‘Back to Running.’
At GoRun we have seen that getting back into running after a break is one of the most frustrating times for us runners.
If you are trying to find your long lost fitness and constantly comparing to the old times that you used to run, we get you! We know the frustrating first few weeks where you struggle to find the motivation and momentum in your training and everything just feels hard!
The good news is that we have successfully coached runners all around Australia to break through those barriers and get back into their running.
Now we are putting all of that learning together and sharing it for other runners to benefit from. We will work with other health professionals and coaches to address your questions and frustrations on running injuries, mindset, training plans, structure and share real stories of normal people who have got back into their running successfully after a break.
